- This User Agreement may change from time to time. Bigsweeps.com will post those changes on this page.
- Bigsweeps.com reserves the right to bar registration from any specific IP address, domain, ISP, or email service for any reason including but not limited to violation of this user agreement, illegal or inappropriate behavior, attempting to interfere with the proper working of the site, use of robots or spiders, and misuse or abuse of the site.
- You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the site for any purpose without our express written permission.
- You agree that you will not take any action that imposes or may impose (in our sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our website and infrastructure.
- In the event of any complaint or legal action arising from any information posted by you, Bigsweeps.com reserves the right to disclose any and all personally identifiable information under obligatory circumstances, including but not limited to: (a) compliance with a valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order; (b) defense against any legal claims; (c) compliance with applicable laws and/or regulations; and (d) establishment or exercise of Bigsweeps.com's legal rights.

- In order to post messages on our forums, submit deals or sweepstakes, you must be a registered member with a unique user name (or "handle"). Duplicate user names are not allowed.
- You understand that all sweepstakes, deals, and forum messages posted on this site by you and other users represent the views of the user/poster and not necessarily those of Bigsweeps.com or any other person or entity associated with Bigsweeps.com.
- You understand that Bigsweeps.com makes every effort to insure that the information contained herein is accurate but agree that Bigsweeps.com cannot guarantee the accuracy of such information and that offers, deals and sweepstakes are subject to exclusions and change without notice. You agree that neither Bigsweeps.com, nor any person or entity associated with Bigsweeps.com, will be held responsible for the contents, appearance, functionality, accuracy, completeness or validity of any information within the website and that you will indemnify and hold harmless Bigsweeps.com, their employees, agents, advertisers, and partners with respect to any claim based upon the appearance and/or transmission of your postings, submissions, and message(s).
- You understand that Bigsweeps.com uses moderators and administrators to monitor the content of posted messages, sweeps, deals and any other material appearing herein but that it is impossible to monitor and review the content of all. Furthermore, you understand that mechanisms exist (alert moderators links) for you to notify us of any such material that may be offensive, illegal and/or incorrect. Upon receipt of such notification, we will make every effort to take whatever action we deem as necessary within a reasonable amount of time. Because moderation and administration of this site is a manual process, you are advised that we are unable to remove or edit such postings and submissions immediately.
- You agree that you will not use our forums, sweepstakes, or deals to post any material (or links to such material) which is knowingly illegal, inaccurate, false, defamatory, abusive, offensive, threatening, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, sexually explicit, invasive of a person's privacy, violates a trademark or copyright, or otherwise a violation of any law.
- Bigsweeps.com reserves the right to edit or delete any posted material for any reason and at its sole discretion. As a user, you agree that you are solely responsible for the content of your messages and posted information, and that you will indemnify and hold harmless Bigsweeps.com and their agents and employees with respect to any claim based upon the appearance and/or transmission of your message(s) and posted information.
- You agree that you will not post any copyrighted material without the express written consent of the copyright holder, unless such copyright is owned by you
- You understand that much of the information and code on Bigsweeps.com is proprietary and/or licensed to Bigsweeps.com and may not be used, copied and transferred without the written permission of Bigsweeps.com. You further agree not to post material that is the intellectual property of or copyrighted by others without their expressed written permission.
- You agree that you will not post or submit promotional information for a commercial website for which you are an employee, owner, affiliate, or otherwise receiving financial benefit from without prior written consent from Bigsweeps.com. Users who breach this provision are authorizing Bigsweeps.com to terminate their account, block their access to the site, and charge you the sum of $5,000 in advertising fees plus any legal and collection fees involved in collecting the debt.
- Advertisements, solicitations, chain letters, pyramid schemes, links to online gaming sites, and links to sexually-oriented sites are prohibited and inappropriate on our site.
